Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled communicator to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR). Our company is growing, and we need an enthusiastic individual who can efficiently handle incoming direct messages from various social media channels across multiple brands. The CSR will interact competently and confidently with fans, clients, and B2B inquiries.

One of the primary responsibilities of the CSR role is to handle incoming direct messages by reviewing and responding to them, as well as providing paid solutions through custom content.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining a high level of professionalism while establishing positive relationships with clients.
- Analyzing past performance to identify problem areas and suggest enhancements or process amendments that focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collaborating with leadership to refine program processes and workflows, ensuring consistency and driving sales.
- Upselling and cross-selling products or services.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of SLACK is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stoney Creek, ON L8G 3L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Stoney Creek, ON L8G 3L2
