**Role Overview**:
As our Videographer & Social Content Creator, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts. You'll work closely with our dynamic hiring managers to craft visually stunning and engaging videos that showcase the excitement and opportunities within our company. From behind-the-scenes peeks to employee testimonials, you'll capture it all and transform it into compelling content for our social media platforms.

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers, talent acquisition and the executive team to brainstorm and script video concepts for various job postings.
- Film and edit high-quality videos that showcase our company culture, values, and job opportunities.
- Develop creative social media strategies to amplify our recruitment efforts and attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously innovate our video content to keep it fresh and engaging.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our videos to optimize future content and drive results.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.
- A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
