Who we are looking for:
A professional to build clientele through client interactions to join our Elte team You have an entrepreneurial spirit and eye for design. You believe in building strong, lasting relationships with others, and much of your success has come from your ability to connect with people. You are passionate about providing excellent customer service. You thrive at achieving and exceeding your goals. You excel in a team environment but are self motivated and an independent worker. The Elte Sales Associate’s goal is to, nurture and maintain relationships.

What you do (among other things):

- Consistently walk the showroom floor actively engaging with clients
- Provide an elevated service experience for each client by identifying needs
- Achieve and exceed sales goals
- Leverage sales tools to maximize every opportunity
- Create quotes and sales orders reflecting the wants of the customer
- Build client relationships and develop a self-sustaining network of clients
- Learn feedback to improve upon yourself and your abilities on the sales floor
- Maintain a high level of store maintenance

- Ability to provide an elevated service experience
- Relationship builder and lover of people and sales
- Proven sales track record and motivated by achieving goals
- Passionate about our products and design
- High sense of urgency with diligent follow up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
