- **12 week Guide Course**:starting in June, 2024, Breezeful is holding a 12-week step-by-step course “Mortgage Agent Essential Skills” taught by a REMIC instructor.
- **Career Growth Opportunities**: available for new agents and junior agents within the company include promotions to team lead.
- **Underwriting Team Support**:Breezeful’s dedicated underwriting team is always available to provide support for the closing of deals, ensuring that our mortgage associates focus on their business without the burden of cumbersome paperwork.

**You'll be working on**:

- Developing a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
- Managing your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence
- Providing the highest level of services to both internal and external customers

**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking highly motivated mortgage agents or mortgage associates based in Regina eager to make a significant impact on the modernization of the mortgage industry. We are open to all backgrounds, Breezeful helps agents from all walks of life, from flight attendants to financial advisors

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Filogix and underwriting is an asset

**Compensation**
- This is a 100% commissions-based role.

Pay: $30,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Weekends as needed
