**You as a Co-op Student - Proposal Coordinator will**:

- Support the Proposal Specialist and Proposal Manager with timely management and production of proposal responses (RFP, RFQ, EOI, SOA, etc.)
- Support pursuit teams throughout the RFP submission stage, including supporting strategy development, attending meetings, taking minutes, managing FTP site, and coordinating with contributors.
- Writing and editing proposal content including executive summaries, project descriptions, qualification summaries, and CVs.
- Develop, update and maintain data for proposals, such as detailed project challenges and solutions, project profiles, area statistics, project pictures, references, etc. for use in future proposal responses.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You are currently studying in the field of communications, marketing or a related field
- You are comfortable collaborating with teams to meet deadlines, taking a proactive approach to keep projects on track. You have strong technical writing ability including editing and proofreading skills. You have aptitude, interest, and/or training in graphic design.
- You are well versed with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), and experience with Google Workspace would be an asset.
