**Some of what you will do**:
Supports and executes day to day store analysis, reporting, operations and communications which includes, ensuring stores are customer ready, prepared to execute offers and equipped well to drive core metrics for the business. Streamlines communications to ensure consistent execution across stores by leveraging planning tools and task-based communication platforms. Works cross functionally to assist in creation of sales and customer experience driving tools and initiatives including playbooks, standard operating procedures, planograms, etc. Develops and maintains tools that would aide the business in increasing operational efficiency.
**Specifically, You Will**:
- Coordinator 50%
- Responsible for proofing and editing submitted communications for clarity and accuracy before communicating to store teams
- Organize daily communications strategy to effectively capture the audience in order to keep them updated
- Liaison with partner vendors if communications need editing or revisions
- Accountable for reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in relation to Mobile Services
- Assist in analyzation of reporting data to find ways to continually evolve the business
- Develop and maintain system improvement/simplification to help enable the Mobile Services ability to deliver service promises and growth plans
- Support current systems and work closely with IT teams to execute operational efficiencies
- Support Staples Wireless locations with their queries in relation to the program
Analyst / Project Lead 50%
- Accountable for the project plan maintenance and execution
- Review store visit/audits to identify issues and ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain tools to automate reporting, pricing, incentives, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating pricing in relation to the wireless program, including automation tool creation, and execution
- Assist in analyzation of reporting data to find ways to continually evolve the business
- Lead projects and initiatives as it relates to the Wireless program
**Some of what you need**:
- Post secondary education in business or related
- Bachelor degree an asset
- 3+ years relevant experience in a coordinator role required
- 1-2+ years relevant experience in analytics & reporting required
- 1-2+ years relevant experience as a project lead required
- 1-3+ years relevant experience in the wireless industry preferred
- PowerBI experience an asset
- Expert in Microsoft Office (including power point, publisher, word, excel)
- Strong technical background ability to navigate various sytems and tools

- Organizational / time management skills are Required.
- Strong operational and sales experience in a retail environment
