**Title**: Sales Support Analyst
**Reports to**: Sales Operations Manager
**Job Purpose**: Manage, control, evaluate and report key operational metrics for all finished units, accessories and parts for Sales and forecasts globally (excluding EU). Liaison between the Sales and Operations departments to ensure special offers, forecasts and promotions are purchased and manufactured in a timely basis
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Maintain and analyze finished goods and accessory GRILL and HEARTH Electric/Gas/Wood forecasts for WOLF, WUSA, WSUK and all International Distributors (excluding EU).
- Maintain forecast changes and uploads to F&O using IBM planning tool
- Review, monitor and report on forecast, actual sales, inventory levels and back order status
- Collect data, monitor and analyze global forecasts vs sell through
- Collect data, monitor and analyze for e-commerce, big-box and direct container sales and distribution of all units and accessories
- React daily to changing customer needs by communicating with Operations
- Analyze sales of finished goods and make recommendations
- Attend meetings and perform required tasks as part of the Stage Gate and CN team
- Liaison with Sales, Operations, MMPG, Logistics and internal associates continually throughout the day
- Update F&O with obsolete and going obsolete goods
- Manage customer onboarding. Maintain process to welcome new customer, ensure correct set up in F&O, provide them with direction/information to ensure they have a great Napoleon experience.
- Track and monitor dealer/distributer sell-through. Provide detailed sell-through reports for Commissions.
- Support International sales and forecast team
**Education and Experience**:
- College Diploma or University Degree in related discipline (Business Administration, Commerce), or 3-5 years relevant work experience.
- Minimum 1 year in a related field. Minimum 2 years experience in sales and forecasting, purchasing/planning and inventory control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Previous experience in Visual and MRP programs is considered an asset
- Preference will be given to those with knowledge of the international grill and hearth market
