The successful **Finance & Insurance Manager **will play a key role in supporting growth in the sales department and the dealership as a whole. **Responsibilities**
- Provide recommendations and assist customers in order to arrange the most suitable financing for their purchases
- Present customers with additional offerings to enhance their ownership experience
- Prepare contracts for deal deliveries
- Ensure deals are aligned with provincial and federal guidelines
- Efficiently and promptly ensure signed contracts are funded
**Qualifications**
- Valid OMVIC license (or ability to obtain) and valid Driver’s License
- Degree, Diploma, or Certification related to F&I or automotive industry preferred
- Well-versed in vehicle financing and insurance procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Act with a high degree of professionalism
- Great presentation and negotiation Skills
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
