We are a leading fitness equipment brand, providing high-quality solutions to help people achieve their fitness goals. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Fitness Equipment Sales Representative** to focus on the Ontario market and utilize your expertise in selling through Facebook Marketplace.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Identify, engage, and nurture leads through a variety of channels, including Facebook Marketplace, local networking, and cold outreach to gym owners.
- Leverage Facebook Marketplace to post, engage, and respond to customer inquiries promptly, building rapport and fostering relationships that lead to successful sales.
- Provide customers with expert advice on fitness equipment, ensuring that their needs are met while educating them about the features and benefits of our products.
- Maintain and track customer data using CRM tools, ensuring accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that inventory is aligned with customer demand.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals/targets, while working independently and managing your own pipeline.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and product knowledge to remain a trusted resource for clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to align product availability with customer demand.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven sales experience, particularly in fitness equipment or related industries.
- Extensive experience selling on Facebook Marketplace, with an understanding of how to craft engaging listings and successfully convert leads.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for fitness.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment.
- Ability to work remotely, manage your schedule, and travel within Ontario as needed. A new valid driver's license is required for travel, when applicable
- Experwince using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
