**Personal Trainer & Club Associate - Anytime Fitness Guelph on Speedvale**:
Anytime Fitness Guelph on Speedvale is a mature club but still growing. We’re looking for an enthusiastic **Personal Trainer / Club Associate** to join our team.

Our current coach is at capacity and we have clients waiting to train. This can certainly lead to a full time role in no time for the ambitious individual.

**The Role**:
We’re seeking a sales-minded, high-energy individual who can seamlessly balance three key roles:

- Front Office Assistant - Help with memberships, sales, club cleaning and club operations
- Certified Personal Trainer - Lead dynamic small group training (2-4 participants) and one-on-one coaching
- Brand & Social Media Contributor - Assist in creating engaging **social media content** that highlights our gym’s energy and success stories

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead engaging workouts for individuals and small groups
- Coach members on form, safety, and modifications to maximize results
- Create an encouraging, high-energy atmosphere with motivation and support
- Conduct fitness consultations and recommend training packages
- Assist with club operations, including front desk tasks and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Take pride in the gym's appearance, ensuring equipment is sanitized and the space stays tidy
- Collaborate on social media content, including workout tips, member highlights, and success stories

**What You Need**:

- Minimum one year of personal training or group fitness experience
- Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification (Canfitpro, ISSA, ACE, or equivalent) OR post-secondary education in kinesiology, physical education, or a related field
- CPR & AED Certification
- Ability to perform Functional Movement Screens
- Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging presence
- A passion for social media and fitness-related content creation (bonus, but not required)
