We are looking for a **Inventory & Equipment Specialist**, who is a multitasker, passionate and driven individual. This is a non-unionized position and provides room to grow as a Warehouse Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily reconciliation of inventory against CSB reports
- Month End reconciliation of physical inventory counts against CSB reports
- Maintain freezer policy for specific accounts
- Cooler, Freezer, External Freezer and Fraser Highway dry goods cycle counts
- Ensuring FIFO rules are followed
- Implement and maintain process that ensure the inventory accuracy.
- Maintains accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Identify areas of improvement, implementing new processes and standardized.
- Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Tracking of picking and product movement - Mis picks, Products movement, Loading errors.
- Damage accountability
- Book and manage service calls
- Track expenses related to equipment

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of HAACP and food industry
- Strong team leadership skills
- Ability to communicate with all departments
- Ability to meet deadlines and remain until items are finished
- Displays initiative and assertiveness
- Forklift license is must, and skilled at operating reach trucks
- Highly organized individual with good communication skill
- Knowledge of Preventive Measure and Health & Safety will be an asset.
- Highly attentive and accountable individual

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
