**Main Responsibilites**:

- Issue purchase orders for incoming internal purchase requisitions from various departments from all company branches for consumables, stationaries, marketing, R & D related material, etc.
- Deal with, and respond to inquiries regarding price discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Review the reports and forecasts to ensure parts are ordered from vendors per company requirements.
- Source required Electonics components and Custom PCB bare boards with best possible pricing, while preserving quality, from Distibutors and Custom board manufactures.
- Generate reports such as monthly procurmnet reports, parts consumption reports, etc., to assist with the planning process.
- Ensure stationary cabinets are maintained and refilled as required.
- Act as a liaison with existing and new vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase trade agreements file for IT mass upload when suppliers update the price list.
- Update purchase trade agreements, and lead time in Mircosoft Dynamics AX when changes are advised by a vendor.
- Escalating quality issues on purchase materials and take appropriate action to return defective materials.
- Review back-order reports and expedite ordered items that are required to fill the back orders.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Keep purchase order delivery dates, delivery reminder quantity, vendor information, price etc., up to date in the system.
- Available to work in the Vaughan Office, not remote

**Skills Experience & Qualifications**:

- A Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration or related field (preferred).
- 1- 3 of purchasing experience, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Familiarity with Excel and AX Dynamics would be considered an asset.
