**The Role**:
We are currently searching for a **Customer Master Data Specialist**, reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Master Data. This is a **Full Time, 12-month Contract **opportunity. The Customer Master Data (CMD) Specialist manages customer master data maintenance, ensuring accurate data entry and validation in SAP. They will implement data collection policies, work with IT, customer service, distribution, liquor boards, and brewers, and handle change notifications. The role also involves coordinating change management and training users on account creation and conversion.

**Location**:
Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manage SAP customer master data, ensuring adherence to processes/policies
- Assist internal and external partners (e.g., distribution centers, stores, brewers, liquor boards) and create/maintain business procedure policies
- Build expertise in data governance standards, conduct data profiling and cleansing, and participate in project teams related to customer master data and business processes
- Manage daily upload files, champion manual customer creation across various accounts, and ensure proper Ortec data setup for new customers
- Manage incoming tickets from the field and contact center
- Lead the creation of customer types and ensure proper Ortec data setup for new customers with standard parameters
- Manage customer master reporting (monthly, weekly, or ad-hoc)
- Assist in developing forms, procedures, and work instructions, identify opportunities for data quality improvements
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

**Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
**Education**:

- Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent required
- Completion of or enrolment in a recognized accounting program would be an asset

**Experience**:

- 3 years of data management and governance working experience
- Previous experience dealing with brewers, senior managers, corporate staff, and government agencies is considered an asset

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work within a team environment; able to train team members as back-up
- Able to complete job functions and resolve problems under pressure and tight deadlines
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures, file and records management, forms, and other office systems and terminology
- Knowledge of various software systems (SAP, ORTEC)
- Intermediate computer skills of Microsoft Office Suite products
