**About Us**

**Who we're looking for**

**The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to source and secure partnership opportunities across multiple industries. You will also manage and expand existing partnerships, with a focus on increasing engagement among PolicyAdvisor's existing partners and partner channels.**

**In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for potential partners, introducing them to PolicyAdvisor's leading online insurance solutions while also understanding what they need and value from a partnership in the Canadian insurtech space. You will be responsible for securing and enabling partnership opportunities that drive client acquisition and contribute to our strategy.**

**Seeking out partnerships with complementary brands that align with PolicyAdvisor's values and value proposition is an important facet of our growth. As the Partnerships Manager, you will directly create positive brand recognition, drive added value, build brand loyalty, drive revenue, and influence PolicyAdvisor's product roadmap as you help identify opportunities for partnering with Canadian leaders.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Establish and directly manage a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.**
- **Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest, including conducting outreach where appropriate.**
- **Identify, source, and establish strategic partnerships.**
- **Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.**
- **Maintain a positive ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.**
- **Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.**

**Requirements**:

- **Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a similar field.**
- **At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on B2B sales.**
- **Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or a similar field.**
- **Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.**
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills.**
- **Ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for partner needs and ability to communicate these solutions to internal stakeholders.**
- **Ability to successfully work in a self-directed manner, with strong time management skills.**
- **Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambitious startup environment.**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
