Role Description
This is a volunteer remote position for a Social Media and Partnerships Manager. The role involves creating and managing impactful social media campaigns, developing content strategies, and optimizing social media performance to enhance the organization's online presence. The manager will also nurture relationships with key partners, maintain clear and consistent communication, and coordinate initiatives that promote the organization's mission to engage youth in politics.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, digital communications preferred
- Strong skills in Communication and Content Strategy, including the ability to develop targeted messaging.
- Proficiency in Writing with an emphasis on creating engaging and impactful content for online platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working collaboratively and independently.
- A passion for youth engagement, social issues, or political advocacy is a strong asset.
