**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking by washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
- Assist cooks in meal preparation by following recipes and instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage spaces.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure all food items are handled properly.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and ovens safely and effectively.
- Help with the cleaning of dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
