This is a multifaceted position, you can meet the needs of a client by active listening or by offering them a comforting cocktail. If you are looking for a diversified and dynamic job, you will be happy in this position.

Your main role is customer service, as a representative of the Strata Hotel and Tidan hotel and Real estate group you will be asked to meet the needs of our guests. As a customer service agent, you will give a support to the customers to solve problems, answer their questions about hotel products and services so they will have a great experience and memories of the great time they had at Strata hotel.

The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond effectively to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Tasks**:

- Handle incoming calls
- Generate leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships and trust client accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Achieve customer/staff team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and workarounds within prescribed timeframes; tracking records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and archiving documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers

**Requirements for this representative position**:

- Proven or proven track record in customer support as a Customer Service Representative
- History of quota overruns
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different character types
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
