**What You’ll Do**:

- Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
- Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
- Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
- Attend networking events and conduct light outbound follow-up with cold and x-date leads

**What You Bring**:

- Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred
- Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and active listening
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance (LLQP)
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable and solution-focused

**What’s in It for You?**:
**Compensation & Earning Potential**
- $45,000 base salary during training, base salary dependent on tenured insurnace experience
- Additional $1,000 per license
- Commission + monthly team bonus + annual bonus
- **Uncapped earning potential - $60,000+ achievable with moderate performance**
- Life commissions (3 months premium + bonus opportunities)
- Commercial commission: 10% (role expansion by year-end)
- Monthly team bonus: $150-$500 based on team performance
- Scorecard bonus (individual + team component)
