We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to take flight with us. This is an onsite position reporting to our Mississauga, ON facility.
**General Duties**:
The Production Coordinator is responsible to ensure the efficient operation of the assigned project under direction from the Program Manager.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Ensure that all work complies with the quality requirements;
- Maintain complete and accurate technical hand over.
- Ensure all work cards are correctly completed;
- Review and evaluate all non-routine work;
- Ensure that all personnel are trained, remain current and knowledgeable on applicable sections of the MMPM, QAPs and other relevant documents related to their work function;
- Plan the daily workload according to the flow chart or schedule;
- Assign work to technical personnel;
- Plan and estimate corrective actions;
- Prepare E requestions for procurement to order parts not in stock as required.
- Ensure a safe and tidy working area;
- Ensure the calibration programs are maintained in the areas under his authority
- Ensure that all FAEL tooling and equipment assigned to the areas under his authority is maintained in serviceable condition;
- Participate in the Quality Improvement Committee, as required.
- Lead Daily Pre shift team brief and Tier 2 Meetings
- Work closely with PM to assist with and provide inputs to required reports for the customer and EMT.
**Skills and Experience**:

**Education**:
- Graduate from University or College in Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance.
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License and asset.
- Aerospace or equivalent experience.
**Reports to**:Manager Toronto Operations
