**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines for complex software projects.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and product management, to drive seamless execution.
- Manage multiple Scrum teams (5-8 members each) and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Optimize resource allocation and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking progress and providing stakeholder visibility.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans.
- Foster collaboration between QA and development teams to maintain high product quality.
- Continuously improve project management processes for scalability and efficiency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Expertise in SLA/SLO tracking and incorporating them into deliverables.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with experience managing distributed teams.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and SDLC processes.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with SaaS products in the health and wellness industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, and Jira Service Management.
- Understanding of product management best practices.

**Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
