**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and goals.
- Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Engage in regular performance reviews to track personal growth.
- Assist in training new technicians and sharing best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Manage inventory of tools and parts required for service tasks.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair services.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience in using performance metrics to assess service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and service updates.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices in service operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve service goals.
- Skills in identifying process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Experience in documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to manage inventory of tools and parts efficiently.
