Positec Pest & Wildlife Control is a family business that was established in 1983 and services the regions of Halton, Durham, York, Peel, Hamilton, Kitchener - Waterloo and Toronto. Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Perform all work based on our system, and ensure that quality service and proper IPM (Integrated Pest Management) policy and procedures are being observed and implemented

2. Ensure that all rules, regulations, labels, procedures and instructions are being observed and followed during all work

3. Focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships and customer satisfaction with all new and existing clients

4. Maintain regular communication with clients by answering customer inquiries, providing them with updates and making appropriate recommendations

5. Maintain regular communication and a great working relationship with the rest of the team

6. Ensure that all scheduled work on each workday is completed

7. Maintain proper notes and reports from each workday

8. Represent our company in a professional manner

9. Properly maintain all equipment, uniforms and company vehicle

10. Be able to work independently, and as part of the team as required

11. Keep abreast of pest control industry changes, regulations, products and procedures

12. Perform other duties as required

Requirements include:
1. High school or equivalent

2. Valid G licence with clean driving record

3. Previous experience working in the trades is an asset

4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. A second language is a bonus.

5. No criminal record

6. Legally entitled to work in Canada

7. Ability to take direction and is open to feedback

8. Works well with others

9. Lifelong learner

10. Analytical and has good problem-solving skills

11. Cares about the work, the clients, and the team

12. Great customer service and relationship building skills

13. Be willing to follow our system

14. Neat, clean and professional appearance

15. Reliable, good worth ethic and has integrity

**Job Type**: Part-time to start, and full-time once fully trained, licenced and passed probation.

Hours: 10 - 20 hours per week to start.

Pay: $20 per hour during training, $30 per hour once fully trained, licenced and passed probation.
