**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement customized pest management plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that may benefit clients.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using machinery, power tools, and hand tools relevant to pest control operations.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits and upsell additional treatments or products when appropriate.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to assess situations quickly and develop effective solutions for pest issues.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and provide clear explanations of services rendered.
