Are you passionate about culinary excellence and ready to lead a prestigious culinary team at our esteemed golf course? We are seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations within our Hospitality Department. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This position reports to, and works along side the Director Of Hospitality to execute the overall hospitality vision as defined by the General Manager and Board members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Culinary Management**: Oversee all aspects of culinary operations, including budget management, equipment acquisitions, and cost control of goods, food, equipment, and supplies.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage all facets of staffing, from recruitment to training, coaching, and development. Implement disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain a high-performing team.
- **Menu Development**: Innovate and create new dishes for seasonal menu rotations and special events, catering to both individual diners and large party bookings.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Maintain compliance with Alberta Health code regulations and ensure adherence to safety protocols in all culinary practices.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure proper ordering and inventory management of food items for kitchen operations and outside services.
- **Sales and Event Planning**: Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute daily sales offerings and tournament menus, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, dining environment.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead a diverse team to success.
- Ability to identify opportunities to increase efficiency
- Experience developing and implementing new systems and procedures
