Vintage Hotels is seeking a Luxury Spa Advisor who will contribute to the functioning of the spa through sales and clerical duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Providing personalized and exceptional Guest service at every given opportunity.
- Performs telephone answering duties comprising of: reserving appointments, answering inquiries, upselling of spa services.
- Ability to work in a high volume call setting, while remaining calm and offering exceptional customer service at all times.

**Professional Requirements**:

- Excellent computer skills.
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Proven ability to provide excellent Guest service.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $16.15-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- massage therapy: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Massage Therapist Certification (preferred)
