**What will I be doing?**

Luxury Travel Advisors play a leading role in setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience. They field all telephone inquiries for room accommodations and dining, and must be knowledgeable about each of our properties.

They also get to speak with some amazing guests from all over the world who are either frequent guests of our Hotels, or who are excited to stay with us for their very first time.

**What are we looking for?**
- Someone who is available to work any day of the week between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm
- Someone who can commit to an initial two-week continuous training period
- Someone who likes a busy day
- Someone who has a passion for talking on the telephone and delivering exceptional customer service
- Someone who has a professional telephone manner; who speaks using proper grammar and who possesses excellent listening skills
- Someone who has previous experience in a customer service environment
- Someone who can convert telephone inquiries into confirmed reservations using a variety of selling techniques
- Someone who interacts with all customers and fellow team members in a highly professional manner
- Someone who isn’t afraid of learning about all our eleven Hotel properties
- Someone who is interested in working with a friendly, supportive and amazing team of co-workers

**Professional Requirements**:

- Grade 12 Education combined with College Tourism or Hospitality courses.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills including Microsoft Office.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Extensive use of the keyboard and mouse.
- Restricted to sitting at a desk for extended periods of time (up to 85% of shift).
- Ability to adapt and remain focused and calm when higher call volumes occur throughout the day.
