**Jonker Honda has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor to start as soon as possible.**: **Come join our professional Service Department operations team. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and an individual pursuing a longer-term commitment when joining our organization.** **Here at Jonker Honda, we pride ourselves in achieving and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.** **WHAT WE OFFER**: - competitive wage - employment type: full-time - State of the art work facility - Amazing team atmosphere and working environment - Long term family owned and operated company **_ Benefits_**: **> Competitive wage with a commission: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.** **Upon successful probation for FULL TIME STAFF**: - Extended health - Dental - Disability - Life insurance - Vacation pay - Staff discounts - Stat Holidays per calendar year after employment of 30 days, personnel will be eligible to receive Public Holidays with pay at their regular straight time rate. **YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING**: > Build strong relationships with customers in an effort to achieve service targets and utilizes the tools provided to ensure all customers keep coming back to the dealership > Participate in prescribed online and practical training programs > Follow all work safe guidelines > Strive to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership > Expect you to be an expert listener and a master at executing all the service processes with due diligence and always with customer service in mind **QUALIFICATIONS**: > Preferably 2 years dealership experience > High standard of customer service at the facility, leading to a high level of customer satisfaction > Excellent attention to detail > Valid Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract > Positive attitude consistently displayed > Excellent communications skills are essential > High School Diploma or equivalent **PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION DOCUMENTS**: > Current resume > Driving abstract > References **Schedule**: > **8 hour shifts**: - >_**_ _**Monday to Saturday - various shifts available** >** Service Department is**closed on Sundays** We appreciate your interest in working here at Jonker Honda.
