Supermarket Vegetables Department Head

- Oversee daily operations of the vegetables department.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of vegetables.
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
- Supervise and train staff in the vegetables department.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet department goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices.
- Monitor sales performance and report to the store manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a supermarket or grocery store.
- Knowledge of vegetables and produce.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be proficient in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
