**ATTA Elevators - Accounts Payable Clerk**
We are an independent elevator & escalator maintenance, repair, manufacturing and installation company with operations across North American through both M&A and greenfield expansion. The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for ensuring timely AP processing.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
▪ Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently on a timely basis
▪Match, verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts
▪Review purchase orders for completeness and accuracy of information provided
▪ Review vendor invoices and follow up on approval status with managers
▪ Analyze vendor account statements and resolve outstanding invoices and credit notes
▪Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
▪ Provide AP support for vendors payments run by EFT, wire, credit and cheque payments
▪ Additional general administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
▪ 1-2 years of AP or administrative experience
▪ Experience with Business Central 365 considered an asset
▪ Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
▪ Excellent organization and time management skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
