This is a seasonal position based at our Head Office, in Richmond, British Columbia. Employment contracts begin in mid-May and will run through to mid-September.

**Responsibilities and Expectations**:

- Travel with guests northbound and southbound to Haida Gwaii twice a week to assist with travel logistics and to provide on-site guest support. (Round trip travel within the day)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation for flights and other logístical arrangements.
- Prepare and organize various documentation related to guest arrivals and departures. This will include things such as manifests, luggage labels, and fishing licenses.
- Providing front-office support, which includes managing orders for necessary supplies.
- Maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, and friendliness in all interactions.

**Qualifications and Assets**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Comfortable with air travel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments.

**Benefits**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
