**Customer Service & Support Clerk (18 Month Contract) - Hybrid**
- Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support?
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter customer and product information into the Service and Repair database.
- Validate customer and technician documentation to understand service requirements.
- Initiate outbound calls to customers to ensure best service for products submitted for repair.
- Oversee the maintenance of retail merchandising functions for online and in-store channels.
- Manually validate suspected fraudulent e-commerce orders.
- Process advanced warranty exchange requests as well as parts and merchandise order requests
- picking and stocking.
**To Succeed, You Will Need**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Photography preferred.
- 1+ years of data entry work experience required.
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred.
- Basic analytical skills to manage workflow within the Repair department.
- Intermediate time management and multi-tasking skills to prioritize tasks and inquiries.
- Basic computer and technical skills, including proficiency in SharePoint data entry.
- Basic project and process management skills for follow-up on repair status.
