Job description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the sales, management of customer accounts.

Main duties:
The Inside Sales Representative must be able to perform all work related to his/her task in accordance with the standards established by the company.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products, managing customer accounts, and discovering new customers to develop the markets.

Discover new customers and provide quotes and delivery times (in terms of availability and cost).

Establishes sales prices.

Answers customers' inquiries

Prepares quotations, and follow-up in a timely manner.

Completes orders.

Meet monthly sales targets.

Always keep a clean and tidy workspace.

Educational and professional background:

- High school diploma
- Knowledge of metals (an asset but not mandatory)
- Sales experience (Asset)

Skills required:

- Meticulous
- Good observation skills
- Teamwork skills
- Willing to learn.
