Pylon Electronics Inc. is an ISO 17025-certified calibration facility supporting electronic and physical test equipment and is one of the largest Canadian Owned Calibration Laboratories. Pylon Electronics has a solid reputation in the repair and calibration of measuring instruments. We have six laboratories located in Ottawa, Toronto, Dartmouth, Calgary, Edmonton, Richmond, and a Technical Sales office in Montreal QC.

**Job Duties**:

- Organize and lead internal audits
- Liaise with and submit required documents to the accreditation body regarding our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation
- Participate in external audits of our facilities
- Prepare and organize all quality system documentation
- Responsible for vendor approvals
- Monitor quality metrics and disseminate performance information to internal stakeholders
- Monitor customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Strong people skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Critical thinking skills, ability to find the best solution to a given situation
- Technical experience is an asset

**Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience conducting internal audits preferred
- Previous experience in the calibration industry preferred
