Quality Assurance Specialist

Fleetway is looking for a **Quality Assurance Specialist**to join our Dartmouth, NS office

Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement? As a **Quality Assurance Specialist**with Fleetway, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. You will support the maintenance of our **ISO certification**by auditing quality systems, coordinating corrective actions, reviewing and approving procedures, and offering valuable insights to enhance overall quality. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help refine processes, drive excellence, and contribute to our commitment to delivering superior results.

**The Quality Assurance Specialist will**:

- Develop, revise, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures within the Business Management Model
- Conduct and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and define corrective actions for nonconformities
- Review contracts and statements of work to assess requirements and their impact on the Electronic Quality Management System

**Experience**:2-5+ years

**Education**:Degree in a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

**Skills**:Verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, knowledge of quality standards

**Assets**:ISO 9001: Internal Auditor Certification

**Additional Requirements**:
Eligibility to obtain security clearance.
