**What's the role?**

Are you seeking a diverse role where you’ll work with your hands and provide awesome customer service while adding to your skills in the automotive industry?

If you have prior sales experience, like working hands-on, and are looking for a role with management potential, you’ve found it.

**Hours**:
Monday - Saturday 8 am - 5:00 pm Full Time / Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.
- Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.
- Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, and prepare and present customers with quotes.
- Review work orders with technicians, present and discuss any additional work needed with customers.
- Booking appointments and ordering parts and tires when needed.
- Following up with orders, tracking and ensuring parts arrive.

**Job Requirements**
- Retail sales or service experience in a face paced environment.
- Ability to negotiate and sell.
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong personal commitment to health and safety.
