**Your role is important**:
The Paint Counter Sales Rep provides customer service to counter and phone customers by accurately taking customer orders, invoicing, preparing customer orders for delivery/pick-up, paint mixing, receiving stock orders, etc.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice
- Maintain the paint counter and aisles on a daily basis
- Greats all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging and welcoming attitude
- Handle customer transactions; including sales, returns, defectives in a timely manner
- Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards and all operating procedures
- Other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions and delivery/pickup of product as required

**Important for you to know**:

- Store Address: 475 Windmill Road, Dartmouth, NS, B3B 1B2
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 5 PM and every 5th Saturday from 8AM-1 PM
- Weekly basis: 42.5 hours

**Essential qualifications**:

- Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record
- Be courteous and eager in addition of having a good sense of responsibility
