Carpenter Foreman

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters and other construction workers on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project management and documentation purposes.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in budgeting and estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop timelines and schedules for project completion.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior carpenters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Understand drawings, and be able to perform tasks
- Excellent skills in blueprint reading, construction estimating, budgeting, quality control, and schematics interpretation.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

- Carpentry: 10 years (required)
