Position Overview:
We are seeking a full time detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Administrator. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments, maintaining clear communication with patients, and tracking of surgical payments. This is a salaried position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and record payments for private surgical procedures, ensuring all spreadsheets and data is accurate and up to date.
- Generate and send invoices to patients in accordance with clinic policies and agreed-upon pricing.
- Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, and any billing inquiries.
- Liaise with surgeons, finance team, and insurance providers to verify costs and payment details.
- Communication with patients regarding surgery payments and receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data protection and privacy regulations.
- Provide administrative support related to surgery scheduling, confirmations, and coordination if required.
- Reconcile surgery payments and work with finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on payment status, outstanding invoices, and financial metrics related to private surgeries.
- Monitor and manage Stripe payment activity, including payouts and transaction fees.
- Reconcile Stripe payouts with Quickbooks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative, billing, or finance-related role (ideally within healthcare or medical practice).
- Strong understanding of invoicing systems, payment tracking, and general financial processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Quickbooks.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

This position has a strong possibility of becoming a hybrid of in-person and remote work.
