Commercial Snow Removal Loader Operator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Operate articulated loaders to remove snow and ice from commercial properties.
- Follow assigned routes and ensure all areas are cleared and safe for use.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and follow all safety protocols.
- Work efficiently under time constraints to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all company and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating articulated loaders.
- At least 1 year of experience in snow removal operations. ( not necessary )
- Strong knowledge of loader operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work on an on-call basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays, during snow events.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in cold and adverse weather conditions.
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 - 14 per week
