Truck Operator for Commercial Properties

Worry Free is a trusted provider of snow removal and property maintenance services, committed to keeping commercial properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season. We are currently looking for experienced Plow Truck Operators to join our team on an on-call basis.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated Plow Truck Operators with experience in snow removal for commercial properties. This on-call position requires availability during snow events, day or night, to provide efficient and thorough snow removal services to our clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience operating plow trucks, specifically for commercial snow removal.
- Strong understanding of snow removal operations, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work on an on-call basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays, during snow events.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in adverse weather conditions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate a plow truck to clear snow and ice from commercial properties, including parking lots, access roads, and sidewalks.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure all areas are cleared efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine checks on the truck and plow equipment, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Communicate with the dispatch team and adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
- Respond promptly to service calls and work efficiently to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety guidelines.
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
