Leasing Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for new prospective clients
- Moves all prospective clients through the sales process (managing inquires, tours, follow-up, drafting and signing of leases)
- Track current and upcoming vacancies for the property (rental units and parking spaces)
- Coordinate and administer room transfers, sublets, lease takeover, N9 and lease renewals
- Prepares daily and weekly reports of upcoming move ins and move outs within the property
- Inspect and communicate to all departments on issues and needs in order for the rooms to be rent ready
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications Required**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly creative and customer service oriented
- Familiar with local community services/clubs
- Excellent Computer skills
- High energy level
