From welcoming people at the door to running food hot from the kitchen, you set the tone for the experience. Guests notice when the room feels smooth and welcoming—that’s you. **What you’ll do**
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating and waitlists, and help set the pace for each shift
- Run food and drinks so they hit the table fresh and looking their best
- Keep communication flowing between servers, the kitchen, and the host stand
- Stay on top of table maintenance—resets, water refills, and keeping things polished
- Support your teammates wherever needed because great service is all about teamwork
- Bring positive, upbeat energy that makes both guests and coworkers want to come back

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in hospitality or restaurants is an asset, but what matters most is a friendly, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay cool when things get busy
- A team-first mindset—you notice what needs to be done and step in without hesitation
- Comfort moving quickly on your feet, carrying trays, and balancing multiple tasks
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays when our pub is busiest
- Reliable transportation to and from Brentwood Bay Resort
