**Position Overview**

**Course Title**: Introduction to Kinesiology
**Start Date**: September 3, 2025
**Schedule**: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm EST
**Duration**: 8 weeks
**Age Group**: 13 to 18 years old
**Class Size**: 2 to 6 students

**What You Will Do**
- Teach live Zoom classes using a pre-designed Canva-based curriculum
- Engage students through hands-on movement activities and discussions
- Support student understanding through simplified explanations of kinesiology concepts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons in a virtual classroom
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Maintain clear and professional communication with families and the team

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or third-year standing in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field
- Experience teaching or tutoring youth in a virtual setting
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and physical training
- Ability to clearly explain scientific concepts in a fun and engaging way
- Proficient in Zoom, Canva, and Google Drive
- Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet teaching environment
- Background check required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 per hour
