Risk management has always been a fast-growing discipline. The COVID-19 pandemic has emphasized that knowing how to manage risk is a skill that is beneficial in _all_ industries.

The CRM designation is a widely recognized qualification that provides risk managers the ability to analyze, communicate, recommend problem-solving techniques, assess/monitor the exposure to unexpected losses, and identify techniques for financing expected and unexpected losses. The CRM is recognized by RIMS (The Risk Management Society) and awarded by the Global Risk Management Institute (GRMI).

The Faculty of Open Learning & Career Development is seeking an instructor for the CRM program. The CRM is a series of three courses based on three books published by The Institutes (Risk & Insurance Knowledge Group). We would like an instructor that holds a CRM designation, has experience with online teaching and who will be able to provide Canadian content in addition to the course content provided by The Institutes. Delivery of these courses will be online using the Brightspace LMS. We are also interested in developing a general risk management course for online delivery.
