**Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator**

**_Full-Time _**

Mac's Heating was founded by Mac Houston in 1959. We are a 3rd generation, family business. At Mac's Heating, we primarily serve the needs of property managers, industrial, and customers.

Day-to-day work will include repairs to equipment, appropriately labelling, storing, and managing the inventory, pulling orders for our technician team, managing warranty repairs, inventory cycle and year end counts as well as advising on improvements to our current system. A driver’s license is required for picking up or dropping off parts and equipment.

**Responsibilities include and are not limited to**:

- Maintain organized and structured inventory shelving and labelling systems
- Perform cycle and year end count
- Manage inventory using our internal systems
- Bring forward solutions for improvements
- Diagnose and fix machinery
- Oversee warranty repairs
- Accurate order fulfilment (picking, loading, and stocking product)
- Correctly load and offload vehicles
- Accurately record delivery information
- Provide first class customer service to the team
- Transition from the warehouse to driving and delivering as required to meet our needs
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers
- Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, Provincial regulations
- Organize, correlate, and file paperwork

**Required Skills and Characteristics**:

- Previous experience in a similar position-3 years minimum
- Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn our internal systems and tools
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done
- Team-player and an ability to work independently
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Keen to learn and flexible to take on new tasks to support the team
- Professional, friendly disposition
- Once trained; works well independently while supporting the team
- Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner
- A self starter, taking action to achieve goals
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Mathematical proficiency
- Previous warehousing, trades or parts experience and forklift training required
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Able to climb ladders, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform repetitive movements
