Receptionist/administration

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, calendar management and preparation and organization of documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain office organization, ensuring supplies are stocked and the workspace is tidy.
- Take payments from clients, process couriers and mail and attend to deliveries to Post Office and local banks, municipality and other firms.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations and improve workflow.
**Experience**
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on public-facing tasks.
- Familiarity with law office environments is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
