We are currently looking for a **Quality Control Specialist** who is detail-oriented, analytical, and improvement-driven to help us uphold our high-quality standards. You will play a key role in **preventing non-conformities**, analyzing deviations, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. You’ll also be a trusted partner to our transportation, logistics, and customer service teams.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Monitor quality incidents and manage non-conformities thoroughly.
- Analyze root causes of deviations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Work closely with operations, transport, and customer service departments to improve processes.
- Generate and monitor quality-related KPIs.
- Develop, update, and optimize internal procedures.
- Prepare and present quality reports and regular analyses.
- Support internal audits and assist in customer audit preparation, when needed.
- Promote a culture of quality within the teams.
- Perform other related tasks supporting continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant field (quality management, logistics, business administration, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in transport or logistics.
- Excellent spoken and written French and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with Quebec/Ontario geography is an asset.
