PURPOSE OF EMPLOYMENT
Under the supervision of the Director of Digital Acquisition, the Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with our various partners. He/she contributes to the achievement of the objectives established by the team and the company.
- Build, manage and grow our affiliate program (La Vie en Rose, Bikini village and Newex), working on all types of partnerships, including but not limited to traditional affiliates. It can also encompass specific partnerships such as gift cards or other growth collaborations;
- Build strong strategic relationships with our partners, negotiating expectations with external collaborators and identifying diversified growth opportunities;
- Determine short
- and long-term strategies for affiliations, while exploring new market opportunities for different types of partnerships;
- Analyze the performance of affiliates as well as other partners, working to increase the success and effectiveness of each channel separately;
- Work closely with CRM to create very distinct strategies for acquiring new customers through partnerships versus retaining existing customers;
- Explain the results of the reports and extract relevant information, while adjusting approaches according to each brand's specific objectives;
- Work closely with different departments to align affiliate efforts with our marketing plan in support of our growth goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field;
- 2-3 years of experience in affiliate and partnership management;
- Highly developed analytical skills to facilitate problem solving;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English (The specialist will have to communicate with partners outside Quebec) ;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Multitasking, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, while maintaining good communication with team members and other departments;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Demonstrate leadership by proposing new ideas and solutions to improve processes;
- Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry (an asset);
