**1. REQUIREMENTS**

Required: MCE in administration or marketing or any other training deemed relevant

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

**Languages**:
Required: Spoken and written French.

- Strong communication skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of market trends.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Must have a good analytical mind.
- Be proactive and enterprising.
- Ability to manage work priorities and organizational sense
- Sell products and services using strong arguments to potential customers
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential clients
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales

**2. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES,**_ **INCLUSIVE**_

The principal duties and responsibilities of the seller/representative are not limited to:

- Target and solicit new audiences.
- Promote products and services.
- Describe and describe the benefits and various uses of goods or services.
- Provide an overview of product and service prices.
- Describe the credit or contract conditions, guarantees and delivery dates.
- Drafting of sales contracts.
- Learn about product innovations, competition and market conditions.
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls
- Generate leads
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships and trust accounts receivable through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Meet customer service team sales targets
- Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and workarounds within prescribed timeframes; Track client interaction records
- Follow communication procedures, directives and policies
- Share expertise with colleagues, provide advice and participate in training and onboarding new staff
- Respond to the customer and solve their problem
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Complete any other work tasks as requested by the VP of Sale
- Take On-Site Measurements for new projects

**Salary**: $25,000.00 per year
