**What will you do?**
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic prospecting to secure new business insurance clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business clients and internal teams.
- Deliver personalized, professional advice with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Present and communicate our value proposition confidently to stakeholders across all levels.
- Understand buyer personas and address the unique challenges of our target market.
- Achieve quick wins and consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- Maintain detailed records and updates in CRM systems to support client engagement and follow-up.
- Collaborate with your Service Support team to ensure seamless client service and retention.
- Stay informed on market trends and evolving client needs in the corporate insurance space.
- Participate in networking events, face-to-face meetings, and other lead generation activities.
- Provide timely updates and insights to management through reports and presentations.
- Respond to client inquiries, gather underwriting information, and conduct relevant research.

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to excellence.
- Strong pipeline development and lead generation capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems (an asset).
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with both virtual and in-person sales environments.
- Creative, persuasive, and confident in negotiation.
- Persistent, resilient, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for professional outreach.
